The Liturgy of the Presanctified Gifts is served every Friday in our parish during lent. On Friday, March 23 2012, His Grace, Our Bishop, The Right Reverend Michael celibrated with us.

On Sunday, March 18, 2012, our parish welcomed the clergy and faithful from the diocese for the Mission Vespers Service.
Priests from various parts of the New Jersey Deanery gathered together on Sunday, 18 March, for a “Mission Vespers Service” at the Mother of God Church in Mays Landing NJ. It was followed by a Lenten meal.

The service homilist was Archpriest John Nehrebecki; the main celebrant was Archpriest Joseph Lickwar (Chancellor, Diocese of New York and New Jersey). The New Jersey Deanery celebrates “Mission Vespers” at different NJ Deanery parishes weekly during the Great Fast. In the words of the Dean, Archpriest Samuel Kedala, “Glory to God for all good things!”

On December 11, 2011, the Sunday School students of our church held a St Nicholas Celebration. They performed a presentation, and the younger ones had a visitor. The older students held a toy drive for the Atlantic County Toys for Kids Program.

Congratulations to Fr. Boris on receiving a Gold Pectoral Cross Award from our diocesan hierarch, Bishop Michael. Congratulations to Charles Gallagher who was tonsured as our Reader by Bishop Michael.

Visit by Bishop Michael - Saturday, July 17, 2010.
His Grace, Bishop Michael came to our parish Saturday, July 17. There was a Hierarchical Divine Liturgy followed by a dinner. A new imported large stained glass window, depicting The Mother of God, Joy of all the Sorrowful and many other windows crafted my our own Subdeacon Joseph Ramishvili were presented for our bishop's blessing.
